Shipping Policy

Sorrel Silver currently ships within the United States. All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking information. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, processing may occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected. We currently offer Standard and Express shipping options.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin once your order has been shipped and are estimates only. Carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Sorrel Silver is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If your package is lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
